At HORRORGODS, we appreciate every order and the support behind our brand. Before making a purchase, please review our policies to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

We believe the horror should be in the designs, not your shopping experience.

I. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All sales are final. Refunds and exchanges are only offered when an error has been made on our end, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item.

If there is an issue with your order due to our mistake, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item.

We'll review the issue and make it right.

II. SIZE EXCHANGES

Finding the right fit matters. We strongly encourage customers to review our size charts before placing an order.

If you ordered the incorrect size, an exchange may be permitted under the following conditions:

The requested size must be available.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways when exchanging an incorrectly ordered size.

All exchanges must be approved before items are returned.

III. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once your order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, HORRORGODS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, subject to applicable law.

Please verify your shipping information before completing your purchase.

If your package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier to initiate a claim.

IV. OUR ERROR, OUR RESPONSIBILITY

If we send the wrong item or your order arrives defective due to an error on our end, we'll take responsibility.

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos and your order number.

Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate refund or exchange at no additional cost to you.

V. FINAL NOTICE

By completing a purchase with HORRORGODS, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understood our store policies. These policies do not override any rights provided by applicable law.
